Step-by-Step Watercolour Techniques in Winter Ice Lake

A white winter is a common scene in the north, I captured this view beside the lake Ontario in wind chill. Even though there are not many colours in ice and snow, we will still need three primary colours to reveal the clean white landscape.

I will conduct a detailed analysis for the colours in this lesson, from white to off white and the colour relationship of surroundings from sky to earth, from top surface to beneath. This practice will bring you a keen eye to observe the pale scene as well as the hand-on watercolour techniques to make up the winter description.

✓Understanding about the white, grey, black and three primary colours

✓Watercolour techniques to reach varied white and off white control
